The Bridge Loan Requirement

We are currently seeking a bridge loan in the amount of $40,000 USD so we can complete the upgrades to our digital products as well as conduct a targeted social media marketing campaign.


We have raised 10’s of thousands of dollars, much through pre-sales, to develop all products outlined below. Timing is everything and the bridge loan will allow us to set 2 teams to complete the remaining tasks to bring the products to market within 6 weeks. Through pre-sales, and during development of some products, as well as post sales we were able to ascertain that there is a need for our product/services on a global scale.

Repayment Terms
We are committed to paying the lender a 25% return for a total payable of $50,000. We will commence payment immediately after the launch of all products and to be repaid, in full, no later than 2 years after launch. We will put 25% from every sale aside, immediately following receipt of the bridge loan, to be paid toward the loan. In essence, we expect the bridge loan to be repaid before our estimated timeline.

Our products are monthly subscription based services which means customers pay monthly. As a plan to work towards repaying the bridge loan much sooner than our suggested timeline, our marketing plan involves selling all products as a lifetime license bundle at $997. This will allow us to bring in quick, higher sales amounts.



The Company

The Company is in the business of helping companies and entrepreneurs to grow their businesses using our state of the art apps and software services. We connect people through innovative services. We sell B2B with a global appeal for all our products.

In 2016 we did nearly half a million dollars (USD) in sales of 4 products. A challenge we faced was that our products were developed using FLASH coding. This was a challenge because FLASH was becoming obsolete. This was evident when sales declined in 2017 due to the fact our products no longer functioned on all devices. So we made the decision to take the products offline and focus on redeveloping them in the new HTML5 Code.

In the process of re-coding our current products we added two new services to our toolbox, they are explained below in the Products section. We have been able to release some of our products but others need final coding and testing to make them marketable and is why we are seeking a bridge loan at this time.

Due to the fact that our products have been offline for quite some time, and that we are in the “rebuilding” phase, we do not have recent months of financials that we can share. We have been making limited sales and accepting payments through PayPal.

Our goal is to find a lender who can appreciate the scope of our services and to share our vision of how we plan to position ourselves as a leader when it comes to connecting sellers and buyers, which is what all of our tools really accomplish. A bridge loan will enable us to complete our software upgrades as well as provide a marketing budget so we can target our ideal clients through social media.




The Products

Product 1 – Talking Business Card

How business professionals deliver messages is changing, thanks to the rapid evolution of the Internet and cell phone technology.

This also affects print material in that people are able to deliver and store information for easy retrieval making the demand on print less appealing. This is attractive when sharing business cards.

Thanks to our talking business card solution customers can share their business cards electronically by simply sharing a QR code which gets scanned via a cell phone’s camera requiring no special software. No more concerns about business cards getting “tossed or lost” because the information is easily stored on a potential customer’s cell phone.

And, because it’s digital, the client can pack it full with as much information as they want including banners, pictures, videos, website links and written descriptions.

Product 2 -- Webinars

After taking the original webinar service offline and developing the new service in HTML5 we released the beta version in August of 2019. 

Product 3 

This is a mobile app with a website companion. The website companion app makes it easy for website visitors to connect with the website owner via text, audio and/or 2-way interactive live video. All communication is carried out via the mobile app and clients never have to give out their cell phone numbers. 

The customer can use the service to connect with a Realtor’s assistant or partner, whoever is assigned to receive the incoming call. The call can then be transferred to another operator or agent, if necessary.
Product 4 – Video Email: 
 
It’s a known and accepted fact that people prefer to watch video as opposed to reading. Our video email services allows our customers to initiate and send audio and/or video email to their known contacts (they must know their name and email address.

Our customers choose a template which can include adding banners, audio or video as well as a full HTML editor for writing content if desired. It also has a built-in audio and/or video recording device to record the audio or video email message.

Our customer then adds the email address and name of the person they are sending to. These contacts can also reply using audio and/or video if they choose. Video email gives companies a distinct marketing advantage.

Product 5 











This is another video email program but differs from product 4 explained above. We make it easy for website visitors to initiate the video email correspondence. They locate the website widget and record their message. 

They can preview it before sending it to the website owner so they can redo it until they are comfortable with the message. They can also decide to send audio if they do not want to send video.

The website owner is notified about the new message and they can reply to the sender using audio or video. The idea behind this product is to build on the popularity of video by making it easy for potential clients to interact with the website owner by initiating contact through video email, right from the website.

It also builds confidence website visitors by letting them know that the website owner is on top of trending technology by incorporating a solution where website visitors are able to communicate easily with the website owner.
Product 6 


A video app system for mobile devices. Clients make it easy for their customers to record video testimonials for them and to easily upload them to the client’s website by simply downloading the free mobile app. 


As a bonus, visitors to the website can easily connect with the website owner via our text messaging service. Video is HOT and the marketplace is ready.
